Admission & Withdrawals

For admission to Pre-Nursery a child should attain the age of 2+ as on 31st March, 2025 (As per the National Education Policy 2020) introduced by Government of India.
Candidates from other schools with interest for admission will not be allowed to get admission without transfer certificate from the previous school.
Candidates with interest to take transfer/leave from our school to another school will have to submit application to the Principal of the school with a minimum one month notice. No school leaving certificate will be issued unless all the school dues and fees are fully paid.
The school authority can take any disciplinary measures if & when required for any student if any notorious activities are noticed. (without any permission or discussion with anybody but only with the permission of the Governing Body of the school)

Fees collection arrangement & rules

Tuition fees collection systems are as follows:
A) Through Cash (Fees book is required).
B) Through UPI (PhonePay or GPay).
C) Through QR Code.
D) Through Bank Transfer.
E) Through ECS System.

Tuition fee for the month of May & June is payable before re-opening of the new session. (Dues should be clear before the exams)
Candidates paying fees without ECS system have to pay the fee within 10th day of the month.
Defaulters have to pay late fees @ Rs. 20/- per day.
Defaulters may not be allowed to appear for the examination.
If the fees are not received for two consecutive months, the name of the student may be struck off from the rolls of the school records without any prior intimation to the guardian. On such situation defaulting parents/Guardians will have to meet the Chief Executive Officer of the school.
A fee of Rs. 1000/- is payable to the school office for issuing the Transfer Certificate.
Re-admission of defaulting student will be absolutely at the discretion of the school management subject to the payment of re-admission fees along with outstanding dues.
